Cyber Security Engineer

In this role, you are responsible for the cyber security portfolio for operators of critical infrastructures, from strategy to integration into the system landscape.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the Cyber Security portfolio in financial, qualitative, and functional aspects
• Ensuring complete life cycle management including IT security compliance
• Development of relevant asset data for inventory reporting
• Mapping of data in OSS-BSS systems as well as financial tools
• Participation in strategic business development and in tenders
• Collaboration in the creation and calculation of offers
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes and systems

Profile

• Higher technical vocational training in the field of telecommunications or computer science
• Further training in business administration is an advantage (e.g., eMBA)
• Sound knowledge of telecommunications and/or ICT systems
• Experience in platform, product, or asset management
• Knowledge of network architecture, life cycle management, and basic understanding of network security
• Confident communication in German and English
