Das Netzwerk Schoenfels offers a comprehensive range of services for children, adolescents and young adults of all genders aged 6 to 22 from all over Switzerland who require special support temporarily or long-term. This includes three residential groups, two school offerings and supervised forms of living for young adults at the Interlaken/Unterseen location as well as a network of partner families in Switzerland and France. For our internal school center in Unterseen (special primary school for cognitively age-appropriate developed students; focus on Cycle 3, occasionally Cycle 2) we are looking for immediate or by arrangement a person as social pedagogical staff 55% (annual working time during school weeks) and teacher in team teaching 17.3% (total employment 72.3%) ## Tasks: ### • You support the teachers as social pedagogical staff (55%) during lessons and in everyday school life (Monday to Friday from 7.15 am, free afternoons: Thursday and Friday afternoon) • You support adolescents who can no longer be taught in a class group temporarily and work with them on a suitable reintegration into lessons. • You work closely with the responsible teachers and share responsibility for the implementation of the school center's pedagogical work. • You cover the supervision of a maximum of 4 day students during lunch. • You support the teachers socio-pedagogically in everyday school life and contribute professionally. • You help shape the development of this newly created position together with the department management. • You teach 4 lessons per week as a teacher in team teaching (17.3%) Requirements: ### • You have completed pedagogical or socio-pedagogical training. • You are interested in the care and education mandate of students within the framework of the special primary school offering and bring the necessary professional and social skills. • Your communication skills, your humanity and your humor distinguish you. • Your clear and empathetic manner provides stability. • You remain solution-oriented even in crisis situations. • You are enthusiastic about this newly created position and enjoy helping to shape the area. • You work interdisciplinary and know your competencies and tasks. • You are flexible in terms of time from Monday to Friday during the school weeks (Thursday and Friday afternoon is free). • You participate in internal school meetings, further training events and occasions during non-teaching time.
