The Mikron Tool Training Team program allows young recent graduates / diploma holders to enter the working world through a specific training program with a total duration of 18 months. During the first 12 months at our locations in Agno and Rottweil (DE) there will be education aimed at technical knowledge and the applications of cutting tools. Subsequently, a 6-month transfer to our locations in Connecticut (USA) or Shanghai (China) where the acquired knowledge can be applied.
