What you will achieve with us As a specialist, you are part of the Shared-Governance team of the Orthopedic Department and represent technical topics within the team. As a specialist in orthopedics, you will significantly shape the professional quality in the department. You promote and accompany the continuous development of quality standards and serve as a competent contact person for nursing professional questions for the team. You conduct case discussions and short training sessions and support the nursing team in the correct implementation of nursing activities as well as in complex nursing situations. You provide comprehensive care to patients according to internal standards on all three shifts and correctly implement the nursing process. In a motivated team of technical and nursing specialists, you have the opportunity to participate in internal projects and regularly benefit from professional discussions. What you bring with you You are a nursing professional FH/ HF with further training in the field of nursing and/or quality assurance (CAS/DAS/MAS/NDK/NDS) or are willing to complete such training.
