Real Estate Accountant 40-60%
immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Maintaining the property accounting for rental properties and condominiums
• Preparing annual financial statements as well as heating and service charge settlements
• Managing the dunning process
• Collaborating in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Supporting real estate management and general administrative tasks

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training and experience in property accounting
• Good MS Office skills; experience with AbaImmo is an advantage
• Independent, precise, reliable, and proactive way of working
• Organizational talent as well as joy in numbers and administrative tasks
• Ability to work in a team as well as direct and open communication
