Task We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Automate M365 specialist for one of our clients. The Rapid Solution Unit develops business applications, forms, and automations based on the Microsoft Power Platform. This allows business requirements to be implemented quickly and efficiently and provides targeted relief for classic software development. To support our interdisciplinary team, we are looking for an experienced personality who accompanies specialist departments in the conception, implementation, and operation of Power Platform solutions. In doing so, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and support the further development of our Power Platform landscape. The following tasks await you: Analysis, conception, estimation, and implementation of solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse), advising clients on technical and functional questions * Development of business applications, forms, and automations with the Power Platform, ensuring operation and supporting error analysis of existing solutions, participating in the continuous further development of the Power Platform within the organization and supporting the team with complex technical questions Requirements * Current residence Switzerland, Bern is an advantage * You have several years of practical experience in the implementation of solutions with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse (at least 3 years) * Good knowledge of Power Fx * Very good German skills in spoken and written * Good English skills in spoken and written * Experience with governance topics of the Microsoft Power Platform (environments, authorization concepts, DLP policies) * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID * Experience with Copilot Studio * Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps processes Project duration End of 2027 Contact person Michael Schwab, , [ ](< >) j4id10427338jm j4it1041jm j4iy26jm
