Telecommunications Engineer 100%

For our Techfirm Industrial Services team, we would like to hire a Telecommunications Engineer (M/F/D) who is ready to take on new challenges with us in Switzerland! In this technically versatile role, you will work on innovative communication, network, and system solutions in a security-relevant environment. You will take responsibility for the entire system and software lifecycle – from requirement analysis through engineering, integration, and validation to technical documentation and support in customer projects. WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS? Active participation in demanding engineering, development, and integration projects in telecommunications. Close cooperation with internal development and system teams as well as external partners and customers Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, concepts, requirements, and specifications Planning, implementation, and evaluation of tests, integrations, validations, or system demonstrations Contribution to the technical further development of our solutions, products, and architectures Participation in customer presentations, feasibility studies, prototypes, and tenders Continuous improvement of processes, tools, and quality in the engineering environment WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING? Completed technical studies (FH/Uni/HF) in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related discipline Experience in the ICT environment, ideally in security- or mission-critical systems Good knowledge of network and communication systems as well as Linux-based system environments Ability to analyze, implement, and document technical content in a structured manner High motivation to understand and further develop complex systems and to design solutions in a team Independent, structured, and responsible way of working Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and technical coordination Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken WHO ARE WE?
