You ensure that quality and hygiene are correct in the laboratory, in production, and in logistics. Your start and induction will take place in Kloten. What you move * You perform microbiological sampling including environmental monitoring in production. * You administer laboratory samples and organize their shipment. * You analyze, among other things, pigment content and perform in-process controls. * You control the quality and check the hygiene in production and logistics. * You support internal and external audits as well as the creation of reports on quality issues. * You participate in quality assurance processes, implement improvement measures, and sensitize employees to quality and hygiene. What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: You have training in food technology, food chemistry, or a comparable field. * Professional experience: You bring at least two years of experience in the laboratory, in quality assurance, or in food production.
