This is what you can achieve: You create company valuations and financial models that serve our clients as a solid basis for decision-making and help them achieve strategic goals. Including financial plans. You coordinate due diligence audits and carry out sub-projects independently, for which you are responsible for the entire process and always have an overview. You support succession arrangements and M&A transactions and accompany companies through all phases of the transaction, from planning to implementation. You create and coordinate important transaction documents in the M&A area, such as IM's, long and short lists, as well as teasers and presentations, and ensure that they are prepared professionally and in a targeted manner. You actively help to drive and expand the Corporate Finance area in the next few years. You are able to develop/newly design products/services in Corporate Finance and are also happy to work on the acquisition front. Have at least 2-3 years of professional experience as an auditor and/or in the M&A, due diligence or succession planning area, ideally in the SME environment.
