Your tasks • You support and advise executives in French-speaking Switzerland in acquiring specialists and managers and are their competent contact person throughout the entire recruitment process. • Together with the hiring managers, you define requirement profiles, develop target group-specific recruitment strategies, and implement them successfully. • You identify and acquire suitable talents via various channels - both internal and external - and conduct interviews in French and German. • Throughout the entire recruiting process, you ensure a professional, appreciative, and positive candidate experience. • You work closely with the recruiting team and the assigned companies, contribute your profound market knowledge from French-speaking Switzerland, and actively develop innovative recruiting approaches. What you bring with you • Completed training or studies in Human Resources, business administration, or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition of specialists and managers. • French as a native language or at a business fluent level; German skills at least at level B2 in spoken and written form. • Experience in the planning, implementation, and success measurement of social media recruiting campaigns as well as in the targeted use of digital channels for talent acquisition. • Good knowledge of the labor market in French-speaking Switzerland and understanding of regional peculiarities in recruiting. • Strong consulting and communication skills as well as the ability to build sustainable relationships with executives and candidates. • Independent, structured way of working and a confident overview even with high recruitment volumes. • Team-oriented personality with enjoyment in collaborative exchange and the active further development of recruiting.
