What you bring

• ES/HE certified nursing diploma or recognized equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in care, ideally in the field of geriatric psychiatry
• Management experience or motivation to assume responsibilities and evolve in a management function
• Sense of organization as well as an autonomous and solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in accompanying and supporting employees
• Empathy in contact with elderly people presenting psychic and cognitive disorders
• Physical and mental resilience as well as flexibility
• Good command of German orally and in writing
