Sachbearbeiter AVOR (m/w/d)

For our client, an established company in the field of wood processing in the Winterthur region, we are looking for a technically skilled specialist with organizational talent and sound knowledge of wood, starting immediately or by arrangement. Tasks In this varied role, you will take over production planning (AVOR) as well as the planning and coordination of packaging orders, including deadline monitoring. You will inspect incoming goods, select suitable wood packaging and crates, and are responsible for calculation as well as the creation of offers. The processing of customer orders and the associated dispatch belong to your everyday routine as much as reading and interpreting technical drawings. Furthermore, you are responsible for material planning and the management of consumables and are in close exchange with production, warehouse, and customers. Requirements You have completed vocational training as a carpenter, joiner, or woodworker, or in a comparable technical field, and bring very good knowledge of various wood materials and their application. Experience in production planning, work preparation, or order processing is an advantage. Good technical understanding, spatial reasoning, as well as confidence in handling dimensional specifications and technical drawings are required. You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner. Knowledge of MS Office as well as an ERP system ideally completes your profile.
