In order to support its development, it today mandates us exclusively for the search for its future Logistics Manager Proactive, anticipation and sense of organization Your responsibilities In this key position, you have full responsibility for the logistics department and manage a team of about fifteen people whose skills you ensure are developed. In collaboration with the customer service and sales department, your main mission consists of coordinating, organizing and optimizing the flow of goods, as well as stock management. You anticipate needs, coordinate logistical operations as a whole (ordering, receiving, shipping, relations with suppliers and external service providers). Thanks to rigorous monitoring of performance indicators, you propose and implement continuous improvement solutions, while ensuring cost optimization and guaranteeing quality and safety objectives. The training of apprentices is also part of your duties. Your profile Both technical and "human", you are the person who makes things move forward and who is committed to motivating and developing their employees. Thanks to your organizational talents and your versatility, you are able to successfully carry out several projects in parallel, both in the field and on an administrative level. Your excellent analytical skills and your open-mindedness allow you to anticipate changes and find solutions quickly. You naturally establish a collaborative, ethical and transparent working atmosphere, in which trust is paramount. Holding a CFC in logistics, ideally supplemented by a federal certificate, your professional experience has led you to lead teams.
