Polymechaniker/in - CNC Manufacturing with 5-Axis Milling

Activity

• Independently set up 5-axis milling systems with Heidenhain
• Safely operate CNC machines during continuous operation
• Manufacture prototypes and series sizes from 1 to 50
• Run NC programs from the technical office
• Targeted improvement of milling programs regarding quality and runtime

Requirements

• Apprenticeship completed as Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker EFZ
• Practical experience in setting up 5-axis milling machines with Heidenhain control
• Ability to read technical drawings reliably and implement them exactly
• Fluent German skills for coordination within the company
• Mastercam knowledge would be desirable
