MAIN TASKS You will be required to lead a multidisciplinary team of about ten employees, coordinate the activities of the service, manage budgets and promote interfaces with any other internal or external service while guaranteeing high criteria of performance and quality. You will have the opportunity to participate actively in institutional projects as well as in the internal training of employees. You will also participate in the care of dialysis patients, according to the service's care protocols and respecting medical orders. As a close-range manager, you will be in the field with the team and actively participate in patient care.
