What you can contribute

• Ensure the operation, maintenance and servicing of technical building equipment (TBE) and take care of all technical elements inherent to the operation of data centers (DC) as well as all HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning)
• Use management systems (home automation and measurement, control and regulation systems), security and surveillance systems, as well as communication and alert systems; develop concepts and ensure their implementation within the framework of operating projects relevant to the specialized field
• Analyze and resolve, in accordance with processes, complex TBE malfunctions and implement restart procedures (including database management and detection systems)
• Assume technical responsibility for logistics and manage material, spare parts and stocks (including fuel supply installation); guarantee the availability of material according to needs for the operation, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of the installation and systems
• Assume overall responsibility for the installation during the first phase of an incident and ensure its supervision
• Manage information and communication technologies (ICT) and contribute to the implementation of Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) services on hardware and software components

What makes you unique

• Technical or artisanal apprenticeship followed by continuous training leading to a federal diploma of concierge, CFC accompanied by in-depth internal training allowing for the proper functioning of a military facility or several years of experience in the maintenance and servicing of DC or similar infrastructure with global continuous training to guarantee operation
• Several years of practical experience in logistics and in the management of material or stocks
• Ability to identify logistical risks and supply shortages early and take appropriate measures
• Knowledge of norms and standards in the specialized field (notably EN50600 standard for DC)
• Flexibility and sense of responsibility (on-call service, even on public holidays and weekends)
• Comfort in nature, resistance to stress and good physical condition

As a specialist in the complex field of DC, you primarily perform operating tasks related to the mechanical and technical elements of the DC. In addition, you provide support in the context of the operation of electrical installations and HVAC systems and the use of ICT, which develops your expertise in all areas related to the operation of a DC.
