Job description ##

For our client, an internationally active industrial company based in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and experienced HR specialist (m/w/d) to strengthen our team.

Tasks:
Responsible for the entire personnel administration in coordination with external service providers
Processing and maintenance of electronic applications
Responsible for contracts, agreements, and employment certificates
Organizing work and residence permits, including ensuring location permits
Contact person for employees and managers on administrative HR topics
Support for temporary employees, including coordination
Processing of accident and sickness reports
Assistance with HR projects, as well as organization of training and education
Helping to shape the company's health management and promoting compliance with EHS guidelines

Requirements profile ##

Requirements:
Completed commercial training with HR further education
Several years of experience in HR, preferably in an industrial company
Experience with time management systems in shift operation
Good PC skills, MS-Office, Word, Excel, SAP, etc.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Independent and structured way of working
Very good German language skills and good English language skills are mandatory
Teamwork and high reliability
