Specialized Maintenance Technician – air conditioning and refrigeration systems (HVAC. CDI 100%)

As part of the development of our activities in Switzerland, we are looking for a qualified technician with solid experience in the maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, particularly on complex technical installations and in industrial environments.

The candidate will intervene on various client sites in Suisse romande and will be responsible for the proper functioning of technical installations, with a high degree of autonomy in diagnostics and fault resolution.

The position requires significant technical experience as well as specific skills in the maintenance of complex HVAC systems.

Main missions

• Carrying out preventive maintenance operations on air conditioning and cooling installations
• In-depth diagnostics, analysis and repair of faults (corrective maintenance)
• Technical monitoring and control of interventions carried out by subcontractors
• Planning and organization of technical interventions according to priorities
• Carrying out technical checks and reporting anomalies
• Occasional participation in electrical interventions related to HVAC systems
• Logistic assistance during certain technical operations (transport, assembly, etc.)
• Regular travel in Suisse romande, with occasional interventions in other cantons

Profile sought

• Technical training in refrigeration installations, air conditioning, industrial maintenance or equivalent (confirmed technician level or equivalent)
• Significant professional experience (5 to 10 years) in maintenance of HVAC systems, including experience on complex technical installations
• Solid knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance applied to air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Mastery of technical diagnostics and ability to intervene autonomously in the field

Will be considered an asset:

• Certification or experience in the handling of refrigerants
• Training in occupational risk prevention or experience in a demanding industrial environment
• Knowledge of electricity applied to HVAC systems
• Knowledge of Spanish

Conditions

• Permanent contract (CDI)
• Place of work: Lausanne (canton of Vaud), with regular travel in Suisse romande and occasionally in other cantons
• Occasional travel abroad may be required depending on the needs of the company
• Activity rate: 100%
• Annual gross salary: 85'000 CHF – 90'000 CHF
