What you will achieve with us In the senior physician role, you will take on tutoring and leadership functions for assistant physicians as well as pharmacological coaching for psychologists and will be supported in this task by the Medical Director of the Ambulatorium. Therapeutically, you will work predominantly independently in our interdisciplinary team of the Ambulatorium with people suffering from mental illness from the entire diagnostic spectrum. You perceive them in their complex life contexts as well as their competencies and resources. Relationship constancy in case management and respectful negotiation with those affected at eye level are important treatment approaches in our service. You work closely with referring agencies in a multiprofessional team.
