Your task ##

• Assistance in ensuring the Windows infrastructure
• Participation in demanding and diverse projects
• Coordinating requests with the responsible support levels as well as business partners
• Continuous maintenance of the current state of knowledge on existing as well as future planned services as a basis for competent, friendly, and efficient customer advice
• Support and administration of the infrastructure
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software

Your profile ##

• Completed vocational training as Informatiker EFZ or comparable professional experience
• Experience in 1st and 2nd-level support desired
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, server/clients, and virtualization
• Very good knowledge of VMware
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented person who is capable of handling hectic situations
• Very good German skills in spoken & written as well as English skills desired
