• You hold the specialist title for Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology of the musculoskeletal system and already bring experience as a Senior Physician or in a corresponding deputy function in a hospital of basic and regular care
• You convince through a reliable, committed, and responsible way of working and appreciate cooperation in a collegial, interprofessional, and cross-site environment
• You act independently, reliably, and solution-oriented, communicate at eye level, and maintain an overview, the necessary calm, and a view of the whole even in demanding situations
• You want to actively help shape the future of the clinic for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery, contribute your own ideas, and engage with pleasure in subject-specific projects and the continuous further development of our clinic
