Hotel Receptionist

The employer is looking for a:

receptionist (reported profession)

Tasks:

• Warm welcome, assistance, and greeting of guests upon departure (Check-in / Check-out).
• Management of reservations, requests, e-mails, and telephone information.
• Point of reference for any needs, requests, or reports from guests during their stay.
• Invoicing, cash management, and administrative reception tasks.
• Personalized and competent advice to guests on excursion destinations, trekking routes, places of interest, and activities in the region.
• Sale and intermediation of tickets, leisure offers, or additional resort services (e.g., wellness treatments).
• Active support to the catering team in the restaurant (e.g., during breakfast service, assisting guests during peak hours, or bar service).
• Smooth coordination between reception, kitchen, and floor service.
• Close collaboration with maintenance/technical service and with housekeeping for the preparation of the 68 holiday apartments and for maintaining high quality standards throughout the entire resort (including pool and wellness area).

Requirements:

• Professional experience: Vocational training successfully completed in the hotel/catering sector or candidates from other sectors who are highly motivated and have a strong service orientation.
• Language skills: Excellent knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is indispensable; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., English or French) constitutes a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of the territory: In-depth knowledge of the region and enthusiasm in sharing and recommending it to guests.
• Flexibility: Availability for active collaboration in the restaurant sector and to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Personality: Cordial and well-groomed presence, resistance to stress during intense work periods, and a strong attitude towards teamwork.
• Good knowledge of Italian.
• Category B driving license.
