Activation Specialist HF 50% This is what you can achieve with us • Initiating, planning and implementing activating daily structures as well as needs-based therapeutic offers at the Wiedlisbach and Niederbipp locations • Collaborating on the planning and implementation of excursions, festivals and socio-cultural events in the area of activation • You support the care team with your expertise in activation • Maintaining contact with volunteer staff members • You take on co-responsibility in the training of our HF Activation students This is what you bring • Completed training as a dipl. Activation Specialist HF • Solid practical experience in the field of activation, ideally with people with physical and cognitive disabilities • Creativity, commitment and initiative to further develop our offers • Organizational skills, persuasiveness and high social competence • A driver's license (category B) and your own vehicle This is what awaits you We value respectful cooperation and good working conditions for our employees.
