The Centre des affections hépato-biliaires et pancréatiques (CHBP) is a reference center in Switzerland. More than 1700 cases per year are discussed there. It manages patients suffering from diseases of the liver, bile ducts, pancreas, and digestive tract. These files are most often complex or require the opinion of several specialists. The center is recognized for the excellence of care as well as the speed and reactivity of patient management. Medical Secretary at the Centre des affections hépatobiliaires et pancréatiques - 50% You ensure the organization, preparation, and complete constitution of patient files and the publication of the presented patient lists, the proper functioning and follow-up of multidisciplinary colloquiums, the forum, and the colorectal metastasis (MCR) colloquium of the Centre hépatobiliaire. You autonomously ensure the preparation of the forums and the MCR colloquium and enter the treatment proposals formulated for each patient into the computerized patient file (DPI) during these meetings. You assist the CHBP team in all administrative aspects of their activities: organization of meetings, drafting of minutes, document management, updating databases, telephone reception, as well as any other administrative task necessary for the proper functioning of the department. Qualifications You hold a CFC as a commercial employee and/or a medical secretary diploma, or any training deemed equivalent. You have successful experience of at least two years in a similar position within a medical secretariat. You have a perfect command of French, both spoken and written, and proven writing skills. Medical terminology is easily understandable to you. Knowledge of English is an asset. You hold the ECDL advanced certificate for Word and standard for Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Web. In addition, you possess very good knowledge of the software in use at the HUG (in particular DPA, DPI, OPALE,). While having a good sense of organization and priorities, you demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and precision in the tasks entrusted to you. You possess ease in exchanges with health professionals and external partners. You have a good command of medical vocabulary and an interest in the hospital environment. You are flexible regarding schedules (variable duration of multidisciplinary colloquiums). You master common IT tools and have the capacity to work in different information systems. You also possess tools allowing you to deal with unforeseen events and thus easily manage stressful situations. Empathic, you enjoy human contact and demonstrate tact during sensitive situations. You are able to work in a multidisciplinary team. Finally, you demonstrate a keen sense of confidentiality.
