Your key missions You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews. You implement personalized action plans. You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration. You coordinate with internal and external partners. You ensure compliance with the rules of the shelter. Your profile You have a HES bachelor's in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma). Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurances. You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset. You have a marked interest in the field of migration.
