Its products are entirely developed and produced in Switzerland and then distributed through a vast network of subsidiaries present on the 5 continents. In order to improve its production processes, it has implemented a state-of-the-art manufacturing execution system (Manufacturing Execution System) and now wishes to strengthen the team in charge of this platform through the creation of a new position as MES Infrastructure Team Manager FR-EN (M/F) The position requires both team management skills (7 employees), IT platform management, as well as a very good knowledge of the industrial environment and more specifically the field of MES environments. Your mission will be to coordinate the team of administrators of the infrastructure hosting the MES solutions, to intervene personally on the said infrastructure, to ensure a maximum level of availability and to ensure, with your team, its evolution. Profile sought • Higher education in computer science (university engineer or HES) • Minimum 5 years of experience in the administration of an MES platform • Experience in software development at some point in your career • Experience as a systems administrator/engineer on environments offering high availability • Management experience as a team lead or manager • DevOps approach and Infrastructure as Code • Good mastery of the French and English languages (minimum B2 for both languages) • Swiss nationality, valid work permit or citizen of the European Union If this profile matches your skills and your personality, we look forward to reviewing your complete application file (CV, copy of work certificates and diplomas).
