1 Your tasks

• Active participation in sales and competent, friendly customer advice
• Responsibility for the ordering process Charcuterie & Meat
• Coordination of daily workflows and orders
• Deployment and work planning of a team of 4–6 employees
• Ensuring a clean, efficient and customer-friendly operation
• Operation and processing of the cash register system
• Attractive design and maintenance of the sales area
• Assistance in the training and supervision of apprentices

2 You bring

• Qualification as Betriebsleiter/-in Fleischwirtschaft BP, Fleischfachfrau/-mann Veredelung with special responsibility or Cook with experience in meat sales
• Several years of experience in the sale of meat and sausage products
• Leadership competence and enjoyment of working in a team
• Reliable, independent and resilient way of working
• Flexible, team player and responsible
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
