You ensure the stable operation of the production system, analyze malfunctions, and support users competently during ongoing operations. In addition, you optimize the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), accompany digitalization projects, and promote sustainable know-how development in the specialist department.   Which tasks will you undertake? • You ensure the stable operation of the production system and coordinate incidents, service requests, and problems efficiently and in a solution-oriented manner. • You analyze production malfunctions and root causes, take over 1st level support, and support downstream support units as a competent contact person. • You manage system-relevant master data, authorizations, and resources and ensure a reliable system landscape. • You record new requirements and change requests, implement them, and actively drive the continuous optimization of production processes with the MES. • You participate in digitalization and MES projects, train new users, create training materials, and ensure sustainable know-how development in the specialist department.   What do we expect from you? • You have completed training or a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. • You bring experience with SAP ME or a comparable MES system as well as ideally knowledge of SAP ERP. • You possess a sound understanding of production, logistics, and manufacturing processes and recognize optimization potential along the value chain. • You work analytically, think process-oriented, and ideally bring experience in incident, problem, and change management. • You communicate complex matters understandably and convince through your enjoyment of error analysis and the development of sustainable solutions.   What can you expect from us? • We are a family-run, committed company with a sustainable vision. • We promote lifelong learning with diverse training and further education opportunities, internal knowledge transfer, and e-learning. • We support work-life balance with flexible working hours. • We offer support for sustainable mobility solutions such as public transport. • We support family-friendly policies, including childcare places and childcare services during holidays.   How do you apply?
