What awaits you Cleaning and maintenance of indoor, outdoor, and green areas Technical rounds as well as operation, control, and maintenance of the facilities Carrying out small repairs and initial intervention in the event of fault and damage reports Planning and executing maintenance work incl. control and documentation Waste management and disposal Winter service Monitoring order and safety Contact person for tenants, owners, and service providers Invoicing of additional services Performing on-call duty What you bring with you Completed vocational training as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or technical basic training in the field of maintenance Professional experience in a similar function Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work Proficient IT skills Stylish German language skills in speaking and writing Structured and independent way of working Ready for us?
