Your mission:
No project is like another. Our customers want individual solutions that go beyond the standard range. This is exactly where you come in. You develop, calculate, and design customer-specific special solutions and accompany them from the idea to the production release.

As a technical hub, you work closely with sales, purchasing, production, and external partners. Your goal: economical, well-thought-out, and producible solutions that delight our customers.

For our Lean Produktion in Menziken AG, we are looking for a committed personality:
Designer / Calculator Special Solutions Office Furniture 100% (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Development, design, and calculation of customer-specific special productions in the field of office furniture
• Technical elaboration of special solutions for tables, storage systems, and individual customer requirements
• Creation of 3D designs (Creo), manufacturing drawings, and production documents
• Maintenance of bills of materials, master data, and technical information in the ERP system
• Technical advice and support for sales, project management, and production
• Clarification of technical requirements with suppliers and partners
• Selection of suitable materials, fittings, metal parts, and fastening solutions
• Ensuring economical, on-time, and producible implementation
• Active co-design and optimization of our products, processes, and technical standards

What you bring with you:

• Technical basic training (e.g., joiner, designer, technical draftsman, wood technician, or comparable)
• Experience in design, AVOR, or technical project processing
• Ideally industry knowledge in furniture, interior fittings, kitchen, retail, or metal construction
• Good CAD knowledge in 3D (e.g., Creo or comparable)
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally D365
• Enjoyment of individual solutions and technical challenges
• Structured, independent way of working and networked thinking
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
• Good German and English skills
