We are currently looking for one of our customers: DEPARTMENT HEAD / DEPARTMENT HEAD NURSING (m/d/w) 80–100 % Your tasks: -Technical and organizational management of a nursing department -Personnel management, shift planning and employee motivation -Ensuring nursing quality, compliance with hygiene and safety standards -Responsibility for budget planning, resource management and quality controls -Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation and communication with patients, patients and relatives -Further development of nursing processes and participation in strategic decisions Your profile: -Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or equivalent, ideally with leadership experience -Several years of experience in a leadership position in the nursing sector -High technical, social and leadership skills -Organizational talent, decision-making pleasure and sense of responsibility -Very good German language skills -Well-groomed appearance What we can offer you: A responsible and varied activity in a dynamic company with fair conditions, attractive further training opportunities and an appreciative way of thinking and acting.
