IT Technician – Installation & Customer Support – 80–100 %

Bakeries, confectioneries, restaurants: For over 30 years, Panipro SA has been developing the software that keeps their everyday business running – point-of-sale systems, production planning, online orders, and sales forecasts with artificial intelligence. From our headquarters in Saint-Blaise, we accompany companies of all sizes throughout Switzerland – from independent craft businesses to groups with several production and sales locations. To support our growth in German-speaking Switzerland, we are expanding the team for our German-speaking customers.

Your tasks
You are the face of Panipro to our German-speaking customers – from the first plugged-in cable to everyday support. After tandem onboarding, you will support the support and installations of our German-speaking Swiss customers as part of a team and manage your own dossiers independently.

• Installation of hardware on-site: servers, cash register stations, receipt and label printers, payment terminals, production tablets, local network
• Commissioning and configuration of our software (FoodSystem, WinWin, Labtek, Trendflow), on-site or via remote maintenance
• Training of users in Swiss German
• Technical support in 1st and 2nd level, including participation in the on-call service
• Working with SQL Server databases: queries, checks, data corrections, evaluations
• Interface to our development team: analyzing customer inquiries and passing them on in a structured manner

Your profile

• Informatiker/in EFZ (platform development, operating informatics, application development) or equivalent experience
• Confident handling of hardware: assembly, cabling, Windows and network configuration, fault diagnosis
• Good basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Fluent in Swiss German, proficient in written German
• Driving license category B

Advantageous:

• French and/or Italian language skills
• Experience with POS systems, payment terminals or ERP software
• Knowledge of the food industry, bakery or gastronomy

You enjoy being on the move and in customer contact, stay calm when a cash register fails on a Saturday morning, and explain things understandably.
