To accompany our growth, we are looking for an Accounting & Payroll Collaborator at 80-100%, based in Genève.
You will join a dynamic fiduciary company with a diverse and varied clientele.
The position is mainly oriented towards accounting and payroll.
Fiduciary Accountant (80 - 100%)
Your responsibilities
Accounting - approximately 70%
Maintenance of accounts for a diverse clientele
Management of accounts for companies of different sizes and sectors of activity
Entry and control of accounting documents
Bank reconciliations and account controls
Preparation of closings and financial statements
Management of accounting files with varying levels of complexity
Participation in tax and VAT declarations according to skills
Regular contact with clients
Payroll - approximately 30%
Complete management of payroll for different clients
Preparation of statements and documents related to payroll
Management of social insurances and various administrative obligations
Monitoring of employee entries and exits
Answering common questions from clients and employees
Your profile
Proven experience in a fiduciary company in Switzerland (minimum 3 years), with solid practice in accounting
Good knowledge of Swiss accounting
Experience in payroll management and social insurances
Comfortable with varied and sometimes complex client files
Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
Good mastery of IT tools; knowledge of Abacus and/or Winbiz strongly appreciated
Autonomous, organized, rigorous and solution-oriented person
Ease in contact with a diverse clientele
Team spirit and desire to contribute to the development of a growing fiduciary company
