Team Leader Medical Consultations 100%

The Consultations department in the Clinical Operations area ensures that everything from appointment scheduling to reporting is smoothly organized in our medical specialties. Work takes place from Monday to Friday within regular daytime working hours.

Your tasks ###

• Technical and organizational management of the medical consultations/secretariats
• Planning and organization of the medical consultations/secretariats
• Quality assurance and project participation in interdisciplinary processes
• Writing medical reports from dictation, as well as general administrative activities
• Mutual representation of the clinical operations team leaders during absences
• Assisting the team in consultations and in the outpatient laboratory

Your profile ###

• Basic medical training (MPA, MPK, FaGe or similar) possibly with commercial further training
• Some years of professional and leadership experience in this area is an advantage
• Experience in optimizing and adapting processes
• Very good PC skills, ideally knowledge of using Navision & KISIM
• Confident command of medical terminology
• Stylish oral and written expression
• High social competence, communication skills and teamwork ability
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working

Working hours ###

The standard operating working time for a full-time workload is 42 hours per week (excluding doctors). Annual working time applies, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Shift requests are implemented if possible and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in leadership positions.
