What you accomplish Participate in the deboning, trimming, and dismantling of raw materials Control the pieces to be deboned and report anomalies Debone and trim pieces with precision, respecting the requested portions Rigorously apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP) Work following a pre-established cutting plan Collaborate closely with the logistics department to ensure the smooth running of operations What you bring Education: Completed initial or continuing education Specialization: CFC of Butcher*er or equivalent training desired Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position You possess solid notions in hygiene (HACCP) and safety You are a dynamic, open and sociable person You work in a fast, precise and autonomous manner You appreciate teamwork and demonstrate flexibility and organization You are in good physical condition and comfortable working in a cold environment French (A2) What we offer you Maternity leave/paternity leave: 18 weeks of paid maternity leave / 8 weeks of paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) Social benefits: 730 days of daily allowances in case of illness with full maintenance of net salary Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet at the staff restaurant for a maximum of CHF 7.- Cumulus points: Cumulus points are doubled on food products and quintupled on non-food items.
