Nursing Professional HF with Case Responsibility

We are looking for you! Effective immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for an engaged Nursing Professional HF with case responsibility. You are our contact person for employees on the route, take responsibility for the nursing processes, and actively help shape the assurance of nursing quality. Nursing Professional HF with Case Responsibility Your tasks • Case responsibility & nursing coordination: Management of the nursing processes for our customers, determining the service requirements, creating assistance and nursing plans, ensuring professional nursing, support in complex nursing situations • Leadership & consultation: Functional leadership and contact person for employees, support with questions or emergencies, training and guidance of colleagues • Nursing assignments: Carrying out nursing assignments at customers' homes, interventions and electronic documentation Your profile • Completed basic training as a Nursing Professional HF • Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally with case responsibility • Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working • Analytical thinking and quick comprehension • Good IT user skills • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Enjoyment of administrative and organizational activities We offer • A varied activity with direct customer contact • An appreciative and collegial working environment • Flexible work assignments with consideration for personal life situations • Fair employment conditions and attractive social benefits • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Careful introduction and support by the team • Long-term perspective in a growing working environment Would you like to become part of our Spitex team?
