For one of our clients in the Bern region, we are looking for a Project Manager: Building Technology / HLK (m/f) 80 - 100% In this responsible position, you are the central interface between project management, team, and customers in the area of integral facility management. You ensure that projects run administratively smoothly, that controlling works and that all parties involved are always well informed. Your main tasks: ### • You design and drive heating / cooling projects forward actively throughout Switzerland, mainly • You take over the overall responsibility and control the optimal use of personnel, materials, and finances in projects, comprehensively in portfolio view • You lead project teams with clarity, develop people further, and bring all parties involved on a path to success • You build projects from the ground up, acquire orders, and are responsible for offer and contract management • You conduct negotiations at eye level and make well-founded award decisions • You consistently keep projects on track and ensure that deadlines, costs, and quality targets are always met • You shape HLKK projects technically, analyze complex relationships, create feasibility studies, and develop sustainable solutions • You inspire customers with holistic consulting and develop forward-looking concepts for projects and programs in the HL area • Your profile: • Completed training in the field of heating / cooling or a comparable technical basic education • Technical training at a higher vocational training level (e.g. technician HF) or university level (e.g. engineer FH) or the willingness to undergo the training(s) • Several years of experience in a comparable position in the HLKK area • Pronounced leadership competence as well as negotiating skill and healthy assertiveness • Structured, responsible, and independent working method • High customer and service orientation paired with entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Very good German language skills, additional languages an advantage ### Do you feel addressed?
