To expand the team, we are looking for a technically competent, cheerful and committed personality as Building Permit Specialist 80-100% With your commitment and your enthusiasm for construction activities, you will help shape and develop the village image of Weggis. In doing so, you will be in active exchange with clients, planners as well as internal departments and will ensure that the buildings are implemented in a compliant and high-quality manner. Your activities Execution and coordination of building permit procedures Advising clients and architects in planning and building law as well as architectural matters Examination and administrative processing of building permit applications and preliminary inquiries Preparation of building decisions Coordination and administrative processing of building inspections Collaboration in the building commission, taking minutes. Your qualifications Commercial and/or technical basic training with additional commercial training Professional and/or practical experience in a municipal building department (advantageous) Completion of the specialist module in construction (HSLU) is desirable or willingness to further train in this direction High customer and project orientation, clear communication, analytical thinking skills.
