Kaiseraugst stands for the highest standards of pharmaceutical manufacturing, the largest, most innovative packaging center of Roche and the supply of more than 120 countries.The Utilities team as part of the E&S (Engineering & SHE) support area is responsible for ensuring the media supply in the production buildings in Kaiseraugst, in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The goal is to provide the best possible support to the Manufacturing Units to enable uninterrupted production. As a Technical Expert in the field of purified media supply at E&S Utilities, you are the operator of the purified media plants. Your area of responsibility includes, among others, the following activities:The opportunity:Operating WBI/ WFI/purified steam plants and systems in compliance with GMP & GEP and according to regulatory requirementsMaintenance, external company management, improvements and further development of the systems and plantsOperating wastewater systems (WAS, WAR, WAI)Maintaining logbooks and managing SOPsPerforming and documenting regular control roundsContributing technical expertise and operational experience to projectsInitiating modernizations and assisting with cost planningImplementing BCM for the plants & systemsClose cooperation and exchange with the plant owners and operationsInterpreting energy consumption and deriving measuresDefining the scope of maintenance and spare parts managementPerforming on-call duty to ensure a continuous media supply for the production plants Additionally, you are responsible for:The design of your personal and professional developmentActive contribution and cooperation in the interest of the OneRoche thought processThe building and expansion of a customer networkActive cooperation in the Utilities team and taking on responsibilities within the teamDo you appreciate working in a performance-oriented and agile environment, supported by mutual respect, discussion and cooperation? You are a positive-thinking, integrous and self-reflective personality with good communication skills.Who are you?At least three years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of process water plants WBI / WFI, purified steam generatorsPractical experience in a GMP environmentPractical experience in energy supply is an advantage. You are experienced in the operation of process control systems of the mentioned systems. You have completed technical vocational training and ideally further training as a maintenance specialist. Independent and self-organized ways of working High teamwork skills and solution orientation, in connection with a high degree of responsibilityFluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally rounded off by English skills complete your profile.
