Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (40–60 %)

Your tasks:

Independent and professional care of our clients at home

Implementation and monitoring of treatment care
Nursing planning, nursing process and evaluation

Recognizing changes in health status and corresponding action

Advice and support for clients and relatives

Professional documentation

Cooperation with doctors, relatives and other specialists

Ensuring a high quality of care

What you bring with you:

Diploma as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland

Professional experience in Spitex is an advantage

Independent, structured and responsible way of working

High professional and social competence

Empathy and joy in contact with people

Very good German skills in speaking and writing

Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
