Construction Site Managers

As part of several recruitments for one of our clients, we are looking for three construction site managers for the following fields:

Transformation and renovation

Geothermal and drilling

Earthworks, demolition, civil engineering or lake works

Your missions

Depending on your specialty, you will take charge of the preparation and monitoring of your construction sites, from the planning of teams and equipment to the coordination of works on the ground. You will manage supplies, ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental rules, and ensure the financial monitoring of projects: supplementary offers, measurements, costs, and invoicing. You will also participate in site meetings and maintain good collaboration with clients and works management.

Your profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in construction site management in Switzerland. Your background corresponds to one of the three sought-after fields:

Transformation and renovation: recognized training as a construction site manager and mastery of Baubit.

Geothermal and drilling: proven experience in drilling, geothermal, or special works, with good mastery of MS Project.

Earthworks and civil engineering: CFC in construction; training as a construction site manager and knowledge of Baubit are assets.

You know how to organize a construction site autonomously, monitor its costs, and effectively coordinate the various stakeholders.

These are three permanent positions, to be filled immediately or by arrangement, in the Échallens region.
