To become part of our reception team, you bring the following requirements that make life easier for you and us: • You create a feel-good atmosphere and guarantee an unforgettable stay for our guests. You are friendly and keep a cool head even in stressful situations • You ideally have experience at the reception and speak German and English and ideally French • You are the contact person for our guests during their entire stay and are responsible for check-in, check-out and occupancy optimization • You answer phone and personal guest inquiries and provide information about local excursion options, sights and additional services • You work in a team and are willing to help out in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner service, bar) • You enjoy working in a diverse work environment and are flexible with regards to changing working hours, such as on weekends • You are proficient in the hotel software Protel A
