Your tasks ###

• Responsibility for the areas of Finance, Administration and Logistics including ensuring compliance and internal control systems
• Execution and coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual closings as well as group-wide and statutory reporting
• Responsibility for forecasts, budget planning, financial analyses and management reporting.
• Analysis of business developments, derivation of optimization potential as well as active support in strategic and operative decisions
• Optimization of profitability, cash flow and working capital as well as management of process improvement and SAP projects

Your profile ###

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a comparable field of study
• At least 10 years of professional experience in controlling
• Sound knowledge of IFRS accounting as well as experience in group reporting and in consolidation processes
• Very good knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems as well as excellent Excel skills
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented personality with strong entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in the leadership and development of employees as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills
