Data and Process Manager (80 – 100 %)

Your tasks

• Support and maintenance of the ERP industry software eNVenta incl. master data management
• Ensuring data quality as well as performing data imports
• Creation, maintenance and analysis of statistics and tools
• Participation in digitalization projects
• Support in the further development and maintenance of the E-Shop and the Mobile App incl. user management and telephone support
• Maintenance of product attributes and creation of product data sheets / catalogues in the PIM system
• Documentation and implementation of process changes within the framework of KVP
• First-level support for application-related problems with the ERP system and other user software

Requirement profile

• Strong enthusiasm for the topic of E-Commerce and "IT flair" are mandatory requirements
• Quick comprehension and a critical eye for existing processes and workflows
• Very good Excel skills are a mandatory requirement
• Experience in dealing with ERP systems and in the field of data management and E-Commerce
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Independent, exact and service-oriented way of working
• Structured way of thinking and willingness to take on responsibility
• "Hands-on mentality"
