Tasks

• Leadership of a nursing team with approx. 40 employees
• Active participation in shaping a change and development process within the team
• Creation of structures, clarity, and commitment in everyday leadership
• Ensuring professional and high-quality nursing and care
• Promotion, development, and long-term retention of employees
• Implementation and further development of processes, standards, and concepts
• Strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation
• Responsibility for correct nursing documentation and the implementation of the nursing process
• Role model function as a member of the management and active participation in shaping an appreciative and solution-oriented corporate culture

Profile

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland
• Further training in the field of leadership or management
• Several years of leadership experience in long-term care
• Demonstrable experience in demanding leadership situations and change processes
• Sound knowledge in geriatrics or gerontopsychiatry
• High social competence, assertiveness, and communication strength
• Enjoyment in further developing teams and winning people over for common goals
• Resilience, capacity for reflection, and a confident handling of challenges
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
