What you will achieve • Carrying out check-in and check-out and operating the telephone switchboard • Ensuring smooth reception operations • Receiving and processing individual and group reservations and ensuring optimal room occupancy • Conducting guest correspondence and complaint management • Cooperation with external partners <br /> What you bring • Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) • Specialization: in the hotel industry • Professional experience: 1 -- 3 years of professional experience in upscale hospitality • You actively live the host role, already have front office experience in upscale hospitality and ideally have local knowledge • You have knowledge of the most important operating systems as well as technical terminology • You are proficient in computer applications (Fidelio Suite 8 and Micros) • German (C1) • English (B2) • French (ADVANTAGEOUS) <br />
