Tasks As a Junior Mandatsleiter/in, you will work closely with Mandatsleiter/innen, take on responsibility, and gradually manage your own mandates independently: Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns Leading Junior Mandatsleiter and clerks Independent management of payroll and financial accounting for various clients Preparation of VAT returns Advising our clients on tax and business management issues Qualifications Mandatory Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary Services (Fachausweis Treuhand) or equivalent in the fiduciary field (completed or nearing completion) Good knowledge of software in the fiduciary field (Bexio, Sage, Infoniqa, ) Very good German skills in speaking and writing Structured, exact, and independent way of working Enjoyment of customer contact and working in a team Benefits Attractive salary with an individual bonus system based on agreed goals Above-average social benefits, incl. supra-mandatory BVG solutions Support for further training and development opportunities within the company Flexible working hours A young, collegial team with flat hierarchies and an open corporate culture Company mobile phone and parking spaces available Remuneration or compensation of overtime Part-time models and unpaid leave possible Good public transport connections Interested?
