Your tasks

As a certified nurse HF/FH, you take on a central role in the nursing and treatment process.

Your tasks include:

• Professional psychiatric nursing and care
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the entire nursing process
• Taking over primary caregiver work and professional relationship management
• Accompanying and supporting patients in crisis situations
• Recognizing changes and initiating appropriate nursing measures
• Promoting resources, independence, and daily life competencies
• Supporting patients in coping with their individual situations
• Close cooperation with medicine, psychology, therapy, and other specialist departments
• Active participation in treatment processes, reports, and case discussions
• Professional nursing documentation and quality assurance
• Helping to shape a safe, appreciative, and professional treatment environment

Requirement Profile ##

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH
• Or a correspondingly recognized foreign qualification
• Interest and joy in psychiatric nursing
• High social and communication competence
• Empathy and an appreciative attitude
• Sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
• Ability to act professionally and calmly even in complex or tense situations
• Joy in interprofessional cooperation
• Good German language skills

Professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. The position is also suitable for experienced nursing professionals who want to get to know a new professional focus or bring their previous experience to a new environment.
