In this key position, you will work closely with the Management Team and support it as an interface in information preparation, planning, and decision-making. What we desire • Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in a business-related field and several years of professional experience in a banking or finance environment • 2-5 years of professional experience in strategy/management consulting, Corporate Development, or a similar function, preferably in a banking or finance environment • Experience in dealing with Senior Management and a professional appearance towards internal and external partners • Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills as well as a good sense for market trends and business connections • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing • Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint • Independent and conscientious way of working as well as high initiative • Entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility, and the ability to accompany several projects simultaneously in a diverse environment • Team spirit, willingness to cooperate, and the ability to constructively question the status quo About us UBS is a leading global asset manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
