• Welcome professional: You ensure a friendly atmosphere in the showroom and receive customers on-site as well as by telephone with much empathy and passion
• Organization is your pole position: You love it when everything runs smoothly and ensure order in daily business with your structured way of working. You open and prepare workshop orders, register new and used vehicles, and support our service advisor in customer care.
• Numbers and processes are your roadmap: With an eye for detail, you independently manage the cash book, create invoices, credits, and returns, and ensure a smooth process in dispute management. You also maintain an overview at all times when planning internal orders for sales.
• Teamwork is in your blood: You support the team in sales assistance, take over transport and shuttle services, and if necessary, also drive customer vehicles. When it counts, you are there and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Quality is your claim: You perform quality controls on delivered new and used vehicles and ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards. Precision and a sense of responsibility characterize you in this.
